Unattended weighing system consists of
1. Weighbridge data acquisition system
During vehicle weighing, the data acquisition system is used to collect the weight information of the weighbridge in real-time. After analysis, it selects the correct weight information and sends it to the centralized control center system.
2. Video surveillance system
Uses surveillance cameras to monitor vehicle weighing 24/7 uninterrupted. Hard disk recorders are optional.
3. License plate recognition system
The system dynamically collects license plate information during vehicle movement.
5. Vehicle control system
Uses induction loop detectors and infrared beam sensors to detect vehicle positions, thereby automatically controlling the barrier gate to rise and fall.
6. Computer control system
Centrally processes information collected by front-end devices to complete weighing operations. Additionally, it can customize extra functions according to enterprise needs, such as querying and statistics of weighing information, vehicle management, electronic tag card management, etc.
7. Weighing instrument IoT system
Users can query and statistically analyze weighing records via mobile phones and computer software, receive remote control alarms, view photos and real-time video surveillance, and perform internet-based remote pricing and recharge operations.
8. Supports system integration and fusion
Open interfaces support integration with various ERP systems, facilitating centralized enterprise management and scientific decision-making.
Unattended weighbridge system weighing process:
1. Vehicle prepares to weigh (traffic light green, No. 1 and No. 2 barrier gates closed).
2. Vehicle passes through the license plate recognition area (or RFID card recognition).
3. Recognition successful, the inbound No. 1 barrier gate automatically rises, traffic light turns from green to red, indicating following vehicles not to proceed, computer voice prompts "Please weigh."
4. Vehicle stops on the truck scale after driving onto it. After the vehicle completely passes No. 1 barrier gate and triggers No. 1 induction loop, No. 1 barrier gate automatically lowers.
5. Vehicle completely within the range of two pairs of photoelectric switches, weight stabilizes, computer saves data, simultaneously cameras capture images. The number of captures depends on the number of cameras.
6. After weighing record is completed, the outbound No. 2 barrier gate automatically rises, driver drives off the scale. After the vehicle completely passes No. 2 barrier gate and triggers No. 2 induction loop, No. 2 barrier gate automatically lowers, simultaneously traffic light turns from red to green, prompting following vehicles to proceed.
Truck scale weight returns to zero. This is one weighing process.
(The weighing process for the opposite direction is the same)
Note: The above vehicle passing method is applicable both for vehicles with preset tare weight obtaining net weight in one weighing, and for weighing empty and loaded vehicles twice to obtain net weight.
